Woman Who Killed Surgeon In Hudson Valley Crash Pleads Guilty, DA Says A 38-year-old Hudson Valley woman who was high on cocaine when she crashed into an area vascular surgeon, killing him, has pleaded guilty. Ezzial Williams, of Newburgh, pleaded guilty in Orange County Court to vehicular manslaughter on Tuesday, Feb. 14, right before a trial was to begin, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
