Suspect Caught After Assaulting Hudson Valley Woman Pumping Gas, Crashing Her Vehicle: Police A Hudson Valley man has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly robbing and stealing a woman's car at a gas station. The incident took place in Ulster County around 4:45 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 6 at the Mobil Station on Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing. The incident began when troopers attempted to stop Tylik D. Michalis A. Christidis of New Windsor was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 3, by Town of Lloyd police after he was found by officers passed out blocking the entrance to the Speedway gas station on Route 299, said Lt.
