Youth Soccer Coach Jennifer Minihane, Mother Of Four From Dutchess, 38 Jennifer Banach Minihane, a billing specialist, youth soccer coach and mother of four who worked in Poughkeepsie and lived in Hyde Park, died on Nov. 19. She was 38.  She was born on June 11, 1980 in Newton, New Jersey the daughter of Joseph and Teresa Baird Banach. She graduated from Broome County Community College and continued her education at Marist College, earning her BA. She was one of the recipients of only 400 people to receive the New York State Chancellor’s Award.  She worked as a billing specialist for eRiver Neurology in Poughkeepsie.
