Wappingers Falls Man Charged In $29.8K Larceny Investigation A 48-year-old man has been charged following a larceny investigation in the area, police say. Officers with the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department say Curtis Parks, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Police say an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Detective Division and the Dutchess County Department of Community Investigations Division showed that Parks illegally obtained a total of $29,817 in daycare provider payments between October 2015 and May 2017.
