Shock, Sadness After Missing Hudson Valley Woman ID'd As Murder Victim Westchester is in mourning after police identified a homicide victim in Greenwich as Valerie Reyes, who had been missing in New Rochelle for more than a week. The 24-year-old’s body was found on the east shoulder of Glenville Road, just north of Stillman Lane. She was found at the scene inside a suitcase with her hands and feet bound.
