Rockland County resident Charles S. "Chuck" Scarpulla, of Valley Cottage, died on Tuesday, April 11 at age 81. Student From New York Sentenced For False Rape Allegation Against College Football Players The New York teenager and former Sacred Heart University student who admitted to making false rape allegations against a pair of football players is heading to jail. Nikki Yovino, who accepted a plea deal in Connecticut earlier this year, has been sentenced to a year in jail for making up rape allegations against two men.
