City Of Poughkeepsie Woman Busted With More Than 200 Bags Of Heroin A City of Poughkeepsie woman was busted with more than 200 bags of heroin following an investigation into narcotic sales near her home. Tiffany Turner, 31, of Reynolds Avenue, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at her home by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force on Wednesday, March 28, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the Task Force. Edward Grant, 57, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 19, following a search of North Clinton Street home by the task force along with the City of Poughkeepsie Police Emergency Services Unit, said Frank Tasciotti, a spokesman with the task force.
