Motorist Caught With Ecstasy In I-684 Stop In Putnam A traffic stop on I-684 led to a felony drug charge for a 27-year-old man who was allegedly in possession of ecstasy, state police said. New York State Police investigators announced the arrest of West Hartford resident Christopher Thai on Monday, who was stopped by state police troopers for a violation of vehicle and traffic law at approximately 8:40 p.m. on May 1 on I-684 in Southeast.
