East Fishkill Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Child A 55-year-old man has been arrested for the sexual assault of a child. Victor A. Lopez, 55, of East Fishkill, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 29, by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Child Advocacy Center, said Capt. John Watterson. Lopez is accused of subjecting a child to sexual contact over an extended period of time. Man Charged With Rape Of Child In Dutchess A 27-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a child under 15. Patrick M. Finkle, of Ulster County, was arrested on Wednesday, June 17, by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Child Advocacy Center, said Dutchess County Sherriff's Capt. LaGrange Man Charged In Assault Of 1-Month-Old A 23-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly seriously injuring a 1-month-old baby during an attack. Poughkeepsie Man Arrested For Rape Of Child Under 15, Police Say A 20-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged rape of a child under the age of 15 in the area. Lonnie E. Pesano, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 7, by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, said Capt. John Watterson. Pesano was arrested following an investigation by the Sheriff's Office and the Child Advocacy Center, Watterson said. Watterson said there is no threat to public safety.
