Man Caught With Illegal, Loaded Handgun In I-84 Fishkill Stop A traffic stop on I-84 in Dutchess County led to weapons charges for a man in possession of an illegal handgun. State Police troopers from the Wappinger barrack stopped Bronx resident Brandon Burgess at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday morning in Fishkill after he committed a violation of vehicle and traffic law. During the subsequent traffic stop, troopers said that Burgess was found to have a suspended license and was also in possession of an illegally loaded handgun.
