Teen Charged In Dutchess Vehicle Break-In A teen has been arrested and faces numerous charges after an alleged break-in and theft of items from a vehicle in Hyde Park, police say. Hyde Park Police received a call from a Springwood Circle resident on Thursday, Nov. 29 to report that someone had allegedly burglarized his vehicle and taken multiple items. Upon further investigation, officers received a separate complaint from another Springwood Circle resident regarding an apartment that had been broken into during the night.
