65-Year-Old Woman Killed After Being Struck By Car In Hudson Valley A 65-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place in Ulster County on Tuesday, Dec. 27, on Pine Grove Avenue in Kingston. According to the Kingston Police, a preliminary investigation found that woman, who was riding a bike, was hit by a 60-year-old woman. The unnamed bicyclist was taken to Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley, Mary's Avenue campus where she died from her injuries, Kingston Police said. He was 29. Dutchess County native Patrick Ian Sullivan, of Poughkeepsie, died on Wednesday, July 6 at MidHudson Regional Hospital. Sullivan, who was employed by the Dutchess County Department of Public Works as a bridge maintainer, was born in Poughkeepsie on March 17, 1993, in the middle of a snowstorm, his obituary said. The crash took place at 3:20 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, in Rockland County on North Middletown Road, in Pearl River. A 76-year-old man from Haverstraw was riding his bike northbound on North Middletown Road and was crossing the Route 304 exit ramp when he was hit by a vehicle that was exiting the roadway at the ramp, according to Captain James Brown, of the Orangetown Police Department.
