The incident took place around 11 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 29, at 174 Walnut Drive in the town of Beekman in Dutchess County. Three Nabbed After Three-County Stolen Vehicle Chase Ends In Dutchess Three people were arrested after a three-county stolen vehicle chase that started in Norhern Westchester County. The chase began around 10:10 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 3, New York State troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a 2015 Kia Forte for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law on I-684 in the town of Bedford, said Trooper AJ Hicks.  The driver of the vehicle failed to comply and led the troopers northbound on a pursuit reaching speeds over 120 miles per hour, Hicks said. Covid-19: Here's Brand-New Breakdown Of Dutchess County Cases By Community The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Dutchess has topped 17,000 as the county saw five new virus-related deaths reported this week. Health officials in Dutchess are now monitoring 2,316 active COVID-19 cases on Friday, Jan. 22, as the death toll rose to 324 since the last data was reported earlier this week. Late in November last year, the county was only monitoring approximately 200 active cases. The seven-day rolling positive infection rate in Dutchess down to 7.41 percent after spiking at 9.11 percent and double digits last week. A total of 157 patients are currently hospitalized …
