Possible E. Coli Contamination Leads To Recall Of 62K Pounds Of Beef Products More than 60,000 pounds of raw beef products have been recalled by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service due to potential E. coli contamination concerns. Aurora Packing Company announced that it is recalling 62,112 pounds of product after the potential E coli O157:H7 was discovered during random sample testing by FSIS.
