Separate Fatal Crashes Under Investigation In Dutchess Police are investigating a pair of fatal crashes that happened over the course of two days. Dutchess County Sheriff Capt. John Watterson said that there was a fatal motorcycle crash at approximately 2:50 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10 near the intersection of Overlook Road and Alvin Court in LaGrange. Two days later, at approximately 5:50 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a fatal one-vehicle off-road crash in Amenia.
