Sex Offender Convicted Of Abusing Girl, 11, Reports Move In Poughkeepsie
A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted on four counts of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl has reported an address change in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 63-year-old Albert Cline, who has reported an address change to a residence on Main Street in Poughkeepsie..
