Two Nabbed On Drug Possession Charges In Dutchess New York State Police nabbed two men for cocaine possession during a routine traffic stop in Pleasant Valley. Tyler J. Bugbee, 22, and Adam J. Cardella, 21, of Lloyd, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance on Saturday. Cardella was also arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. The two were stopped around 9:34 p.m., in a 2005 BMW for an infraction of the vehicle and traffic law on Route 44 in the town of Pleasant Valley.
