Winning $3 Million Lotto Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley Two winning lottery tickets were sold in Westchester over the weekend, including a Lotto ticket worth $3 million. The jackpot-winning ticket was sold on Saturday, Feb. 27, at A-Plus, at 71 Huguenot St., in New Rochelle, according to the New York Lottery. The quick-pick ticket had the winning numbers of 2, 10, 11, 13, 18, 36 plus the bonus number of 43. So far no one has come forward to claim the large jackpot, officials said. $10 Million Richer: Hudson Valley Man Wins On Lottery Scratch-Off Ticket One lucky Westchester man is $10 million richer after purchasing a scratch-off lottery ticket.  The man will be identified at 1 p.m. Friday when he picks up his giant check from the New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega at the store where he purchased his ticket, lottery officials said. The Westchester County resident won his prize on a $10,000 a Week for Life scratch-off ticket that he purchased at A-Plus on Central Avenue in Hartsdale. The lucky guy opted to take the full pay-out of $10 million.
