Dutchess Candidate Among Seven Dems Seeking Faso's Congressional Seat Seven Democrats have entered the June 26 primary race to challenge U.S. Rep. John Faso in the fall election. Democrats in the race include Antonio Delgado, 41, of Rhinebeck in Dutchess County; Brian Flynn, 50, of Hunter in Greene County; and the only female candidate: Erin Collier, 34, of Cooperstown in Otsego County. Four other challengers are from Ulster County, which makes up about one-third of the Democratic voters in the 19th Congressional District’s 11 counties.
