Woman Charged With Jewelry Theft In Highland

HIGHLAND, N.Y. -- A 21-year-old woman was charged with stealing more than $1,000 worth of jewelry from a home in Highland by Town of Lloyd Police, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Police said that Sabel Lewis, 21, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after she was accused of stealing the jewelry from a home on Vineyard Avenue, said the Poughkeepsie Journal.

She was released on an appearance ticket, added the Poughkeepsie Journal.
