WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- A Wappingers Falls man was charged with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by the Town of Lloyd police for a traffic violation.
Giovanni Palacios, 22, was charged Sunday, Dec. 17 after he was stopped for the violation on Route 9W in Highland and officers noticed that he was intoxicated, said Lt. James Janso.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court on Jan. 12, 2017.
