MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – Local authorities in Middletown are investigating the murder of an as yet unidentified 20-year-old at a New Year's house party in Orange County overnight.

The homicide occurred on Paddock Drive in the town of Crawford.

State police, the Crawford Police Department and the Orange County District Attorney's Office are collaborating on the investigation.
