Heather C. Rogers was arrested Tuesday on charges of third-degree grand larceny; first-degree offering a false instrument for filing; and first-degree falsifying business records, all felonies, state police said.
Rogers is accused, police said, of collecting $6,000 in unemployment benefits in 2012 while she was gainfully employed.
She was arraigned in Pleasant Valley Justice Court and released on her own recognizance, police said.
She is due to appear in the Poughkeepsie Town Court on Tuesday.
