The task force, along with members of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Neighborhood Recovery Unit, executed the warrant at 20 Mansion St., after an investigation revealed narcotics sales taking place at the home, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force.

Andrew Atkins, 30, who lives at the residence, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance after the search uncovered the drugs, Tasciotti said.

Atkins was arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail. Additional charges may be pending.
