DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A motor-vehicle crash with a serious injury has been reported Sunday in Dutchess County.

The crash occurred on Salt Point Turnpike near Wappinger Creek in Salt Point, a hamlet in the Town of Pleasant Valley before noontime.
