School Bus With 38 Students Crashes With Box Truck In LaGrange

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A school bus carrying nearly 40 students was involved in a crash in Dutchess County on Tuesday morning.

At approximately 8:50 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, an Arlington School District bus carrying 38 children was struck in the rear by a box truck while waiting at a light on Route 55 in the Town of LaGrange, according to Capt. John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department.

Watterson said that there were no injuries reported, and neither vehicle sustained any damage.
