Dutchess County Judge Doles Out Punishments

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Dutchess County Court Judge Peter M. Forman sentenced two repeat offenders to state prison on Tuesday, Oct. 27, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Douglas Kelsey, 36, who pleaded guilty on Sept. 1 to a charge of burglary, was sentenced to 1.5 to three years, according to the Journal.

Kelsey hails from the Town of Poughkeepsie, the Journal reports.

John Earley, 46, from the City of Poughkeepsie, was sentenced to 15 years for first-degree robbery, according to the Journal.
