WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. - A GoFundMe page has been created for Randy 'Big Rands' Wachter, recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, according to his brother Dustin, who created the page.
"This week, my little brother (the big guy on the left) was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma," Dustin said on the page, set up Monday. "Randy is hands-down one of the strongest, healthiest kids I know. As of now, he seems to be facing a minimum of six months of chemotherapy. That means six months of school and work being missed, not only by him, but my parents also.
"My family doesn't often ask for help, but with everything that lies ahead, we could use some help to kick this cancer's ass. We appreciate all the love and support. Thank you for helping me get my best friend back to the kid we all know and love."
