Rolling Stone called Wrembel “a revelation”. Woody Allen recruited him to score an original theme song, “Bistro Fada,” for "Midnight in Paris". Wrembel performed the song live during the 2012 Academy Awards ceremony.

The French-born guitarist/composer learned his craft among the gypsies at campsites in the French countryside. The Gitane guitar company has named a model after him. New York Times called him, “Intense and full of charisma.” Wrembel is based in Brooklyn.

The band includes: Stephane Wrembel on lead guitar; Kells Nollenberger on double bass; Thor Jensen on second guitar; and drummer Nick Anderson.
