One Seriously Injured In Pair Of Rhinebeck Crashes One person received life-threatening injuries in a pair of vehicle crashes in Rhinebeck. The first crash took place around 1:47 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17, on Slate Quarry Road, said Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Capt. John Watterson. A preliminary investigation of the crash has revealed that at a 2004 Dodge Dakota pickup truck driven by Vincent Dillard, 56, of Warwarsing, in Ulster County, was traveling westbound on Slate Quarry Road when he lost control on a sharp curve, struck an earth embankment and came to rest in a driveway near White School House Road, Watterson said.&n…
