I-84 Stop Results In Felony Drug Possession For Man, 34 A 34-year-old man is facing felony drug charges as a result of a traffic stop on I-84, police say. New York State Police say they conducted a traffic stop on a 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast for a violation on Wednesday, April 3 at around 3:30 p.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Zef Lulgjuraj of the Bronx, was in possession of approximately 4.2 grams of amphetamine pills, according to police.
