Yonkers Fire Lt. Christopher Mitchell pleaded guilty to a count of disorderly conduct last month and has been sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge. Mitchell has already paid $15,000 in restitution to one of his victims for medical expenses, and he’s been ordered to pay an additional $19,757.24 by Oct. 25 next year. One Injured In Overturned SUV Crash In Westchester One person was injured after losing control of his SUV and overturning the vehicle.The incident took place just before noon Tuesday at the corner of Yonkers Avenue and Kimball Avenue, in Yonkers, trapping the driver, said Yonkers Police Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos. Politopoulos said the male driver may have suffered a medical event of some kind before the crash.
