Second Student At HS In Fairfield County Dies Unexpectedly In Two-Week Span The second Wilton High School student in a two-week span has died unexpectedly, according to Wilton Public Schools Superintendent Kevin Smith.  The unnamed student, died after he was "gravely" wounded around 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Students Flock To Ridgefield To Rally Against Gun Violence High school students from throughout Western Connecticut rallied in Ridgefield on Wednesday, Feb. 22 against gun violence in the wake of last week's mass shooting in Parkland, Fla., where 17 students and staff were killed. Isabella Segall, a junior at Wilton High School, organized the rally at Ballard Park. She spread word of the event through Facebook and Twitter, which can be accessed by clicking here.
