New 'Evocative' Mural To Adorn Waterfront In Westchester, Feature Augmented Reality Component A busy waterfront in Westchester will soon be beautified by a new mural that will bring both vibrant color and an augmented reality component brought to life by smartphones.  A new mural titled "We The People" by artist CJ Priester will be installed at the Yonkers Waterfront on the MTA retaining wall directly in front of the Yonkers Riverfront Library, Yonkers Arts announced.
