Domestic Incident Outside CVS, Illegal Liquor Sales, Top Mount Kisco Police Blotter Westchester County Police intervention was required outside a CVS in Mount Kisco, when a father and daughter engaged in a heated argument. Officers were dispatched to CVS on South Bedford Road shortly after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, where there was a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers determined that a woman was arguing with her father, though the incident was only verbal in nature.
