A beloved former media executive from Northern Westchester who cofounded an educational consultant company is being remembered for his deep desire to help others. South Salem and Brooklyn resident Frank Joseph Hardart III died suddenly on Monday, Jan. 8 at the age of 61 following a brief illness, according to his obituary. More than 20 students have been suspended by New York University for failing to comply with COVID-19 safety guidelines. The suspensions come just days after both in-person and remote classes began on Wednesday, Sept. 2. A prestigious university has come up with a plan to welcome students back to campus in the fall amid the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. The University of Notre Dame announced that it will be kicking off its fall semester early, during the week of Aug. 10, two weeks earlier than originally scheduled.
