ID Released For Victim Of Fatal Crash Near Intersection Of Routes 22, 55 A medical issue may have led to a fatal crash near the intersection of routes 22 and 55 that left an area man dead. Paul Pitt, 64, of Ulster Park was killed around 2:15 p.m., Saturday,  June 29, during a two-car fatal crash which occurred on Route 55 near Route 22 in the Town of Pawling, said Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt.
