Driver Gets Second DWI, Refuses Breathalyzer Following Crash In Westchester
An allegedly drunk driver with a previous DWI conviction was busted by police in Westchester after blowing through a red light and crashing into a utility pole. Members of the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Popham Road and Scarsdale Avenue shortly after 10 p.m. on Oct. 16, where there was a reported one-vehicle crash.
