New Update: Suspect Caught After Assaulting 16-Year-Old At Park In Westchester, Police Say A 21-year-old man who was already out on bail on sex crime charges from a Long Island incident has been charged with assaulting a teenage girl in a Westchester public park, police said.  Port Chester resident Richard A.
