Funeral Arrangements Set For Shenorock Teen Killed In ATV Crash Funeral arrangements have been announced for the teenager killed in an all-terrain vehicle crash in Northern Westchester late Friday morning. The crash occurred at around 11:30 a.m. on Blackberry Hill Road in Somers, just south of Somers High School and opposite Reis Park. The ATV operated by Somers High School student and Shenorock resident Reece Ferrara struck a concrete mailbox pillar, ejecting Ferrara from the vehicle, according to state police. 15-Year-Old Killed In Somers ATV Crash A 15-year-old high school student was killed after he lost control of his all-terrain vehicle in Northern Westchester late Friday morning. State police said the crash occurred at around 11:30 a.m. on Blackberry Hill Road in Somers, just south of Somers High School and opposite Reis Park. The boy killed has been identified as Reece Ferrara of Somers. The ATV struck a concrete mailbox pillar, ejecting Ferrara from the vehicle, according to state police. He was transported to Westchester Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
