Nathaniel Calloway, 28, was arrested after Connecticut State Troopers attempted to stop him on Monday on I-84 for a suspended vehicle registration, Trooper Kelly Grant said. When the trooper pulled out to stop Calloway he sped up reaching speeds of 115 mph before the trooper lost sight of him, Grant said.
