Man Harassed Yorktown Officer 32 Times, Police Say A 51-year-old Peekskill man was arrested and charged after police say he left 32 harassing messages for a police officer. Peter Bub was charged with 32 counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Police say the harassment occurred between June 14, 2017, and Nov. 29, 2017. Bub was located and arrested and was released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on Jan. 13.
