Horace Greeley Debate Team Wins HS Parliamentary Program In California The Horace Greeley High School Debate Team of Krishna Ramaswamy, Claire Weis, and Dorothy Low recently won the 2017-2018 High School Parliamentary Debate Program Championship event held at Rim of the World High School in Lake Arrowhead, Calif. On April 21, the Greeley team won a decision as the opposition against California Polytechnic High School on the impromptu motion: "In general elections, parents should be able to cast proxy votes for their children."
