Barricaded Suspect Surrenders To Officers After Five-Hour Standoff In Westchester, Police Say An attempt to serve a warrant in Westchester turned into a five-hour standoff when the man allegedly barricaded himself inside his home with a knife. The incident began around 5:45 a.m., Tuesday, April 27, when the Yonkers Police Department attempted to serve a warrant to Antonio Valez, age 43, of White Plains, said White Plains Public Safety Chief Joseph Castelli. ID Released For Remains Of Woman Found In Muscoot Reservoir A woman who had been missing for more than 30 years has been identified as the person found inside a vehicle at the bottom of the Muscoot Reservoir. Brenda Kerber, age 40, of White Plains, a mother of two from two marriages, was found more than 30 years after she went missing in September of 1989, said the Chief of the White Plains Department of Public Safety Joseph Castelli.
