New Ice Cream Parlor Opens Its Doors In Westchester
A new ice cream parlor has officially opened its doors in Westchester County. Ice Cream Social opened in White Plains on Monday, July 5. The shop is located at 481 Mamaroneck Ave. "The point of Ice Cream Social is to help create the kind of city we want to live in," said Erin O'Keefe, who opened up the shop with Pam Geiger. "We are White Plains natives and love White Plains, and this is our way of giving back to the community, as we're hoping this will be a community-oriented space for friends, family, parents and kids to enjoy."
