Here's When I-684 Double-Lane Closures Are Scheduled 'Until Further Notice' There will be single and double-lane closures for the foreseeable future on two major parkways in the Hudson Valley. The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert warning that there will be lane closures on I-684 and the Cross County Parkway “until further notice” to allow crews to make guardrail repairs.
