Threatening Ex-Boyfriend, Fraudulent Checks Top Mount Kisco Police Blotter Westchester County Police detectives have launched an investigation following reports from a Mount Kisco woman complaining that her ex-boyfriend was making threatening calls to her. The West Street resident reported to county police that she had been receiving numerous threatening phone calls and text messages from her ex-boyfriend shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 9.
