Troopers from the Cortlandt barracks and the FBI's’ Safe Streets Task Force attempted to stop Brooklyn resident Patrick Williams, 31, at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Route 9 in Cortlandt, when he committed a vehicle and traffic violation. Nathan Rollins, of Kingsport, Tennessee, was arrested at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 9, in front of a motel in Elmsford subsequent to an investigation into Darius Woodbury, who was arrested earlier that day.
