Drunk Man Drives Car With 13-Year-Old Expired Registration In Northern Westchester: Police A 42-year-old drunk driver was taken into custody after authorities caught him traveling on a parkway in Northern Westchester in a car with a registration that expired over thirteen years ago, police said.
