Multiple Injuries Reported In Head-On Northern Westchester Crash Several people were hospitalized early on Monday morning following a head-on crash in northern Westchester. First responders were dispatched to a stretch of Red Mill Road shortly after 7 a.m. on Monday, April 22 in Cortlandt, where there was a report of the head-on crash with injuries to several parties.
